By patient demand, Dr. Jack reviews Dream Pair's Light Weight Comfort Sole Easy Walking Athletic Slip On Water Shoes.
There are many color choices and come in both Men's and Women's sizes.
They may look weird, but they are oh so good and healthy. I recommend them for fitness/yoga training and everyday wear.
Once you get used to wearing these shoes, you won't want to wear anything else.

Sivan Health and Fitness Comfort Foam Yoga Mat for Exercise, Yoga and Pilates
Today Dr. Jack reviews Sivan Health and Fitness Comfort Foam Mat for Exercise, Yoga and Pilates.
This mat is a 1/2" thick and its' dimensions are 71" long by 24" wide. It comes with a carrying strap and is available in a multitude of colors.
Overall it is a great product for the price point of under $22 shipped.
My only concern is with the soft nature of the mat. If used incorrectly there is a chance that this mat may tear.
Remember, thick absorptive mats are used for comfort. They are not designed for high torque yoga or calisthenics maneuvers.
