It's membership your way!  Become a member of the Flex-Fit Club and have access to all open group classes offered by the club.  You may pay as you go with a Day Membership where you can attend all classes available on the day of payment, or you may get a discount by opting for a non-contract, recurring monthly Individual or Family Membership Plan. 

 

For those of you who understand that fitness is a wellness-lifestyle, we offer you Premium Membership Plans.   

With the Premium Membership Plans comes perks like discounts or special offers from OC Sports Massage, Marshall's Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido, and the Offices of Dr. Jack R. Giangiulio, D.C.  The Flex-FiT Club is actively building relationships with other organizations to offer its members additional perks and locations for classes.  If you know of any organization that may be interested, please let us know.

 

As Flex-FiT grows, more times and different variety of classes will be offered, such as, Strong-Flex Leg & Balance Training, Zen Self-Exploration Sessions, Cardio-Flex Class, and the B.E.S.T. Class (Breathing/Energy/Sensitivity/Training).   We are also looking to add Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi classes.

Flex-FiT Club Details:

Flex-FiT Club is a group of 3 consecutive, progressive stretch classes designed to turn an inexperienced stretcher into an advanced stretcher.  Flex-FiT is made up of three classes: Joint-FiT, Flex-FiT and Kick-FiT classes. 

These stretch classes will prove to be a great workout, so bring a towel, a thick yoga mat and a pair of flexible shoe or socks and let's get ready to stretch.  (See below for details about each class.)

 

1st) Joint-FiT Class - approx. 30 min

New to stretching?  Have nagging tightness or recurring injuries?  Then this is the stretch class for you.  This class will cover every joint in the body, in an easy to remember systematic order, so you can take back control of your body.  Joint-FiT is designed to lightly stretch muscles and improve joint mobilization.  It works great as a daily morning exercise routine or as a pre-warm-up for more aggressive stretching such as the Flex-FiT Class.

Prerequisites:

  • Must be able to stand, sit, lie down and change between these positions.

  • Must not have an acute injury or be in acute pain.

 

2nd) Flex-FiT Class - approx. 30 min (*Total Time = 60 min)

It's time to increase your flexibility!  This is a beginning to intermediate stretching class designed to improve your flexibility.  This class utilizes the best stretching & breathing techniques from yoga, functional fitness, and the martial arts of China, Japan and Korea.  Unlike martial art classes, this is a non-ego driven class with plenty of emotional support.   We designed the class so students of all levels may progressively advance at their own rate while still getting a good workout.  Oh yes, if done correctly, stretching is a workout!

*Note: All students must attend the Joint-FiT Class session as a pre-class warm-up.

Prerequisites:

  • Prior experience in the Joint-FiT Class.

  • Must be able to stand, sit, lie down and change between these positions.

  • Must not have an acute injury or be in acute pain.

 

3rd) Kick-FiT Class - approx. 30 min (*Total Time = 60 - 90 min)

Let's get kicking with dynamic stretching techniques from the martial arts of China, Japan, Korea and Thailand.  This class is designed to improve stretching, balance, coordination, strength and endurance, all while having fun.  Don't be surprised if we add in a little fancy footwork or sensitivity training just to stimulate your coordination & balance.

*Note: All students must attend the Flex-FiT Class session immediately  before.

Prerequisites:

  • Prior experience in both the Joint-FiT Class and the Flex-FiT Class.

  • Must be able to stand, sit, lie down and change between these positions.

  • Must not have an acute injury or be in acute pain.
